Resident Lounge/Call rooms: Coronation Annex, 2nd floor.

Computers: Computer workstations available in both lounges, ER, and on the floor. Generally you’re able to dictate at any of these stations.

Library: Across from Coronation Annex lecture theatre CA125.

Parking

Paid:

• Street meters: $0.25 for 10 minutes

• Parking meters: $1.50 for each hour

• Parkade: $2.25 for first hour, each additional hr $1.25, Maximum Daily rate: $16.00

• Weekly Permits: $26.75 (purchase at parking machines)

• Temporary parking for RJH and VGH employees for $85/month. Parking Pass is available at the VGH parking office near the cafeteria entrance.

Bikes:

Bike parking available at both sites – swipe card should allow you access.

Public Transit:

BC Transit: take the #8, #10, #11 (Fort Street side) or #14.

Resident Tips

• Many rotations will require time at both hospitals. Pediatrics wards are exclusively at VGH.

• RJH is close to downtown and may be within walking distance depending on the area in which you’re staying.

• Call room space is ample at RJH.
