Richmond General Hospital is located at 7000 Westminster Highway. The admin contact is Caroline D’Sa, her office is in the ground floor rotunda and she provides parking passes. A map of the hospital is available here.
In-Hospital
Park Side Cafe (Cafeteria):
Located on the 2nd floor, yellow zone.
Opens daily including statutory holidays from 7:30 am to 7 pm
Starbucks:
Located in main atrium
Monday to Friday hours: 6 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday hours: 6 am - 4 pm
Out of Hospital
Richmond Centre is a ten minute walk away with many restaurants and a food court.
There are also a number of restaurants on No. 3 Road.
Resident Lounge:
3 call rooms in rotunda, lockers outside
2 call rooms on 4 Yellow Zone (4332)
New medial education center located outside doors by call rooms
Computers:
Computers are in the library on the ground floor (open 8am – 4pm).
Dictation Spaces:
Residents are reminded to be conscientious of patient confidentiality when dictating. There is no dedicated dictation area, you can use any house phone.

Paid:
Residents can get the staff parking rate ($4.50/day) in the parkade.
The Doctor’s parking lot is reserved for staff physicians.

Free:
There is free street parking along Azure Road, usually a 5 minute walk from the hospital.
Bikes:
The bike cage is inside the parkade, with the entrance off Gilbert Road. It requires card access. Showers care shared with the cardiac clinic.
Public Transit:
The 407 bus stops right outside the hospital. There is also Canada Line to Brighouse, then a 10 minute walk to the hospital.
Intra-Hospital Shuttle:
None at this site.
